While in NYC I finally caught up with my other cousin, San Gaentneer. Dinner at Sardi's is one of my NY traditions. When I was a child in South Pacific on Broadway, Mary Martin took me there for her favorite desert called Boconne Dolce. It has remained my favorite to this day, so of course I had to introduce my cousin to this yummy desert! BTW, Sean is the Sommelier at Rothmans Steakhouse. Pretty important guy there.

Boccone Dolce, a Sardi’s special! This “sweet mouthful” is made with meringue, fresh strawberries, whipped cream and a touch of chocolate. Yuuummmyyyy!!!!

From dinner at Sardi's we went to see On The Town, one of Misty Copeland's special performances. She was sensational.

Running into Baayork Lee at the theatre was crazy. She was at the top of my list of phone calls! Baayork Lee, me and my sis Lisa were kids together in the original company of The King & I. Years later I met up with Baayork again doing A Chorus Line.

After the show we were taken on a tour backstage by cast member Stephen De Rosa (Also Eddie Cantor in Boardwalk Empire) and got to meet and get Misty Copeland's autograph. What a thrill.

Had lunch with gal pal beauty Cindy Guyer and multi talented music writer Deniz Cordel.

Publicist Penny Landau invited me to see gal pal Julie Budd.

Always happy to see Julie perform along with her long time musical conductor Herb Bernstein.

The ever fabulous Ms. Julie Budd performed her tribute to Mr. Sinatra.

Sitting next to me was the very adorable singer Karen Wyman who was celebrating her birthday!

Being with Cecile and Cody is like being with family. We met while both working on One Life to Live. She's the BEST studio and stage manager!

Wish Cody was mine!
